Common questions

Do I need an account to play?

No. The whole game works from a clean install with no account and no connection. Sign in with Apple exists in Profile and is optional — it only carries your progress between your own devices.

I bought coins and they did not arrive.

Open Profile → Restore Purchases. If the balance still looks wrong, email us with the receipt Apple sent you and we will sort it out. Coin packs are consumable, so they are credited once at the moment of purchase.

I bought Pantheon Pro on another device.

Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple Account. Tap Profile → Restore Purchases on the new device while signed in with the same Apple Account.

Is Pantheon Pro a subscription?

No. There is no subscription anywhere in this app. Pro is bought once and stays: double coins per run, five saved runs instead of one, and the Gold theme.

Why are some players greyed out during the draft?

Because every position they can play is already filled. The strip above the list shows which of your eleven slots are still open. That constraint is the game — it is what turns the draft into a puzzle instead of picking the eleven highest numbers.

Why did my rating drop after I changed tactics?

Formation and tactical style change which positions the team needs. When someone has to cover a position that is not their own, they lose strength — 15% for a neighbouring role, 30% for an unrelated one. The tactics screen tells you who is out of position.

I do not get the live commentary.

Written commentary is generated on-device with Apple Intelligence, which needs a supported iPhone with the feature enabled. Every other iPhone still gets written commentary from a localized template — nothing is missing from the game, and the match result never depends on it.

Does the game show ads?

Never. No banners, no rewarded video, no ad SDK at all.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese and Korean. You can switch language inside the app in Profile → Language, without changing your iPhone settings.

How do I delete my data?

Signing out in Profile unlinks the account, and deleting the app removes everything stored locally. To have server-side records erased, email us and we will confirm within 30 days.
