Pantheon Football Legends (“Pantheon”, “the app”) is published by Summitview Land Holdings, LLC. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, what it does not, and why.

The short version: the game is fully playable with no account and no connection. There is no advertising, no advertising SDK, no IDFA, and no tracking of any kind.

What we never collect

No advertising identifier (IDFA) and no advertising SDK. The app shows no ads of any kind, so there is nothing to target.
No tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt because we have nothing to ask for.
No location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or health data. The app requests no system permissions at all.
No email address. Sign in with Apple is requested with the name scope only.
No data brokers. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone.

Apple Intelligence

On supported devices, the commentary written after each match is generated on your iPhone using Apple’s Foundation Models framework. The match data never leaves your device for this purpose, and no prompt or generated text is sent to us or to Apple’s servers.

Children

Pantheon is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Where your data lives

Gameplay events and, if you signed in, your account record are stored on a server operated by Summitview Land Holdings, LLC in France (within the EU), and requests pass through Cloudflare, which terminates TLS and may briefly process connection metadata such as your IP address. Everything else — your squads, campaigns, coins and settings — lives only on your device and is never uploaded.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the address below, and we will respond within 30 days. This applies whether you are covered by the GDPR (Europe), the CCPA (California), the LGPD (Brazil), the APPI (Japan) or PIPA (Korea).

You can also delete everything yourself: signing out in Profile unlinks the account, and deleting the app removes all local data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app’s release notes.
