Terms of Use — CozyMerge

These Terms govern your use of CozyMerge ("the Game"), published by Summitview Land Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Virtual items & purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (gems, packs, a season pass, and ad removal).
Virtual items (such as gems) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you.
The Cozy Season Pass is an auto-renewable subscription. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your app store account settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Game or its services.

4. Intellectual property

The Game and all its content, art, and code are owned by Summitview Land Holdings, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive no ownership rights.

5. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summitview Land Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the Game or these Terms, and may suspend or discontinue the Game at any time. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
