Privacy Policy — CozyMerge

CozyMerge ("the Game", "we", "us") is published by Summitview Land Holdings, LLC. This policy explains what information the Game collects, why, and your choices. We designed CozyMerge to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Information we collect

Gameplay & device data (analytics): anonymous or pseudonymous data such as app events (levels reached, sessions, merges, purchases), app version, device model, operating system, language, and approximate region. Collected via Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve the Game.
Crash diagnostics: technical logs when the Game crashes.
Advertising identifiers: when ads are enabled, Google AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. On iOS this only occurs if you allow tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Purchase records: in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of a purchase but never your full payment details.

The Game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone.

2. How we use information

To run, maintain, and improve the Game.
To diagnose crashes and measure performance.
To show and measure advertising (banner and rewarded video only — never interstitials).
To validate and restore in-app purchases.

3. Third-party services

We use the following providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
Apple App Store / Google Play (payments) — see Apple and Google policies.

4. Your choices

Ads tracking (iOS): decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or change it in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Advertising ID: reset or limit it in your device settings.
Remove ads: a one-time in-app purchase removes banner ads.

5. Children

CozyMerge is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data retention & security

Analytics data is retained according to Google's defaults and used only in aggregate. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
