1. Aceitação dos termos

Ao baixar, instalar ou usar o aplicativo Pictio, você concorda com estes Termos de Uso. Se não concordar com qualquer parte destes termos, não utilize o aplicativo.

2. Descrição do serviço

O Pictio é um aplicativo mobile de colorir por número com ilustrações geradas por inteligência artificial. O app oferece:

Plano gratuito: acesso a 10 imagens com exibição de anúncios.
Plano premium (assinatura): acesso ilimitado a todas as imagens, sem anúncios, com novos conteúdos semanais.

3. Assinatura premium

O plano premium é oferecido em modalidade de assinatura (mensal ou anual) com renovação automática. Ao assinar:

O pagamento é cobrado na sua conta da Google Play ou Apple App Store.
A assinatura se renova automaticamente no final de cada período, a menos que seja cancelada com pelo menos 24 horas de antecedência.
O cancelamento pode ser feito nas configurações da sua loja de apps (Google Play ou App Store).
Não há reembolso pelo período restante após o cancelamento.

4. Conteúdo e propriedade intelectual

Todas as ilustrações, interfaces, logotipos e conteúdos do Pictio são de propriedade da Summitview Land Holdings, LLC ou licenciados a ela. É vedado:

Reproduzir, distribuir ou comercializar o conteúdo do app sem autorização prévia por escrito.
Fazer engenharia reversa, descompilar ou modificar o aplicativo.
Usar o app para fins ilegais ou prejudiciais a terceiros.

5. Uso aceitável

O Pictio é destinado ao uso pessoal e não comercial. Você concorda em usar o app de forma responsável e em conformidade com todas as leis aplicáveis. É proibido usar o app para:

Qualquer atividade ilegal ou fraudulenta.
Distribuir malware, vírus ou código malicioso.
Tentar acessar sistemas ou dados sem autorização.

6. Disponibilidade do serviço

O Pictio é fornecido "no estado em que se encontra". Não garantimos disponibilidade ininterrupta do app ou de seus conteúdos. Podemos modificar, suspender ou descontinuar o serviço a qualquer momento, com ou sem aviso prévio.

7. Limitação de responsabilidade

Na extensão máxima permitida por lei, a Summitview Land Holdings, LLC não se responsabiliza por danos diretos, indiretos, incidentais ou consequentes decorrentes do uso ou incapacidade de uso do Pictio.

8. Privacidade

O tratamento de dados pessoais é regido pela nossa Política de Privacidade, que é parte integrante destes Termos de Uso.

9. Alterações nos termos

Reservamo-nos o direito de atualizar estes Termos de Uso a qualquer momento. O uso continuado do app após a publicação de alterações constitui aceitação dos novos termos.

10. Lei aplicável

Estes Termos de Uso são regidos pelas leis do Estado da Flórida, Estados Unidos. Qualquer disputa será resolvida nos tribunais competentes do Estado da Flórida.

By downloading, installing, or using the Pictio application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of service

Pictio is a mobile color-by-number app featuring AI-generated illustrations. The app offers:

Free plan: access to 10 images with ad display.
Premium plan (subscription): unlimited access to all images, no ads, with new content weekly.

3. Premium subscription

The premium plan is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual). By subscribing:

Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation can be done in your app store account settings (Google Play or App Store).
No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Content and intellectual property

All illustrations, interfaces, logos, and content within Pictio are owned by or licensed to Summitview Land Holdings, LLC. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or commercialize app content without prior written authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
Use the app for illegal purposes or in ways that harm others.

5. Acceptable use

Pictio is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. It is prohibited to use the app for:

Any illegal or fraudulent activity.
Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Attempting to access systems or data without authorization.

6. Service availability

Pictio is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or its content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summitview Land Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use Pictio.

8. Privacy

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Florida.
