This Privacy Policy describes how Summitview collects, uses, and shares information when you use Maple Manor (the "App"). It complies with GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and Apple App Store / Google Play developer policies.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Email address, only when you contact support voluntarily.
- Purchase history (managed by Apple App Store / Google Play — we receive only anonymous SKU IDs and transaction confirmation tokens).
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device data: device model, OS version, language, region, screen size.
- Usage analytics: app opens, sessions, merges performed, quests completed, energy spent, screens visited, IAP impressions. Collected via Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) on a pseudonymous device-identifier basis. No name, email, or persistent personal identifier is sent.
- Crash logs via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising IDs: only when you have NOT enabled Apple's App Tracking Transparency opt-out or Google's "Opt out of Ads Personalization". Used for rewarded video targeting via AdMob.
1.3 Information we DO NOT collect
- We do not collect your full name, address, phone, or financial info.
- We do not run interstitial ads.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use lootboxes or random reward mechanics requiring real money.

3. How we use your data
- Operate, secure, and improve the App.
- Track aggregate metrics: retention, ARPDAU, conversion (anonymous).
- Personalize rewarded ads (if you have not opted out).
- Communicate with you if you reach out for support.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share anonymous, pseudonymous data with:
- Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob)
- Apple Inc. (App Store IAP processing)
- Google LLC (Google Play Billing processing)
Each subprocessor has its own privacy policy. We do not authorize them to use your data for unrelated purposes.
5. Children (COPPA / GDPR-K)
Maple Manor is rated 9+ / Everyone 10+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, email info@summitviewland.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can request the following at any time by emailing info@summitviewland.com:
- Access — copy of all data we hold about your device.
- Deletion — full wipe of your device record from analytics.
- Portability — machine-readable export.
- Objection — opt-out of analytics or ad personalization.
For California residents under CPRA, you also have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. For Brazilian residents under LGPD, the same rights apply via the same email.
7. Data retention

8. Security
We use TLS 1.3 for all network communication. Data at rest in Firebase is encrypted by Google. We do not run our own servers — all analytics is in Google's managed infrastructure.
9. International transfers
Data may be transferred to the United States (Google Cloud). Where required (GDPR), transfers are governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will post a notice in the App at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
